Our partner Fintrax has developed a package that allows you to file the annual accounts for non-profit organisations (NPO) and organisations. The annual accounts are part of the 'BE Non-profit offering' package, which also includes a NPO mapping list.
The annual accounts workflow for associations and foundations is similar to the one for companies: the data already entered in the NPO - Legal docs and the working papers automatically flows through to the NPO - Annual accounts. You can add further data by linking accounts with the #, or you can fill in the fields manually.
The legal and additional checks, as well as the accounting remarks, are also included in the "Checks and controls" template.
You can file the annual accounts as an exported PDF or as an XBRL file.
