If your Silverfin synchronisation with Sage Business Accounting  has been interrupted—perhaps due to revoked access rights or an expired connection—don't worry; your data remains safe, but the sync needs to be re-established.


To restore synchronisation, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the sync page at the firm level.
  2. Click on the sync you need to reconnect.
  3. Click 'Reconnect' button.
  4. You will be redirected to the accounting software login page. Select your country, and then log-in with the account details of user who set up synchronisation. If you're redirected immediately, it means you're already logged in. To use a different user, log out of the bookkeeping system first, then repeat the steps.
