As an admin, user, you can’t directly switch an internal user to an external user or external user to internal user at the firm level. However, the Silverfin Support team can make this change for you.
Steps to Request a Role Change
Contact Support
Reach out to the Silverfin Support team via email [email protected] or via chat and provide the following details:
- The user's name or email address.
- The firm associated with the user.
- The requested role change (e.g internal to external).
Support Team Action
Our support team will make the necessary changes and confirm once the update is complete.
