Have you forgotten your CSAM username and password?

You can retrieve them as follows:

  1. Go to 'CSAM My Digital Keys' and click on 'Log In'.
  2. Choose your preferred login method, such as itsme or eID.
  3. At the bottom, click on "Username and Password".
  4. Click on “Change”. This will not make actual changes.
  5. Your CSAM username will then become visible.
  6. If you do not wish to make any changes, click on "Cancel".
  7. If you want to change or reset your CSAM password, you can enter the new password here, confirm it, and click on "change". Write down the new password or save it in your password manager to keep it handy.
  8. Your CSAM username and password are now saved and ready for use in Accounton
