You can set up the automatic MyMinfin synchronization as follows if you're an "Admin" user.

Go to 'Personal Income Tax' → 'Settings' → 'Automatic Synchronization'

Entering CSAM Information:


Enter your CSAM username, CSAM password, and 32-digit CSAM code.

CSAM Support:

  • Do you not have a CSAM username and CSAM password yet?
  • Have you forgotten your CSAM username and password?
  • Do you not have a 32-digit CSAM code or is it no longer available? Accept the terms and conditions and click on 'Save Login Information'

Verifying CSAM Login:

  • Do you get the error message: “We were not able to log in successfully. Please check if all login details are correct.”? This means your CSAM username and/or password is incorrect. Click here for more information on how to retrieve them.
  • Do you get the error message: “We were not able to log in successfully as the 32-digit code is not correct. Please check if all login details are correct.”? This means your CSAM 32-digit code is invalid. Click here for more information on generating the 32-digit code. Select the KBO number(s) for which you want us to perform the automatic synchronization. It is possible to select multiple KBO numbers.

Then click 'Save'.

You will see the message 'Synchronization started - Your Minfin synchronization has started.' Your automatic MyMinfin synchronization is correctly linked. The first synchronization starts immediately after successfully setting up the automatic MyMinfin synchronization. Then, we distribute the synchronizations based on the load on MyMinfin/TOW. A new synchronization takes place approximately every two weeks.
