This article explains how to automatically forward the personal tax questionnaire to AdminPulse. This process can improve the efficiency of your workflow by automatically handling tasks.

Note: The calculation cannot be sent back to AdminPulse from Silverfin. This option is not available!

1. Automatically Sending the Questionnaire and Personal Tax Calculation to AdminPulse

1.1 How to Enable it?

Sending the questionnaire and calculation automatically is optional and is off by default. You can activate it as follows:

  • Go to Settings → Integrations.
  • Activate the integration with AdminPulse if it is not yet active. You can do this easily by clicking the Connect AdminPulse button and logging into AdminPulse once.
  • Enable the option to automatically send the questionnaire and calculation to AdminPulse.

Now, the questionnaires and calculations will be forwarded to AdminPulse.

1.2 When is the Questionnaire Sent?

The questionnaires are automatically forwarded to AdminPulse in the following scenarios:

  • When the client submits the questionnaire.
  • When an accountant submits the questionnaire.
  • When a client is manually marked as To be processed and the status was Sent or Not sent.
  • When a client is manually marked as Processed and the status was Sent or Not sent.

In these cases, the questionnaire is forwarded to AdminPulse. It will be sent to the customer with the corresponding national registry number and will be labeled as PB - Questionnaire in AdminPulse.

2. Automatically Checking Off Tasks in AdminPulse

Accounton sends the questionnaire and calculation to AdminPulse. In AdminPulse, you can automatically check off tasks via Taskflow settings when one of these documents is received.

These taskflow settings ensure that when the questionnaire or calculation arrives in AdminPulse, certain actions are automatically executed.
