If your Silverfin synchronisation with Twinfield has been interrupted - perhaps due to revoked access rights or an expired connection - don't worry; your data remains safe, but the sync needs to be re-established.
Synchronisation can be re-authenticated only by users with admin rights.
To restore synchronisation, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the 'Syncs' tab at the firm level within Silverfin.
- Identify and click on the Twinfield sync that requires reconnection.
- Click the 'Reconnect' button associated with the selected sync.
- You will be redirected to the Twinfield login page. Enter your credentials to re-establish the connection.
Once these steps are completed, the synchronisation between Silverfin and Twinfield will resume automatically.
