If your Silverfin synchronisation with Twinfield has been interrupted - perhaps due to revoked access rights or an expired connection - don't worry; your data remains safe, but the sync needs to be re-established.


Synchronisation can be re-authenticated only by users with admin rights. 

To restore synchronisation, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the 'Syncs' tab at the firm level within Silverfin.
  2. Identify and click on the Twinfield sync that requires reconnection.
  3. Click the 'Reconnect' button associated with the selected sync.
  4. You will be redirected to the Twinfield login page. Enter your credentials to re-establish the connection.

Once these steps are completed, the synchronisation between Silverfin and Twinfield will resume automatically.
