The Account entry view in Working Papers workflows follows your Workflow Working Screen settings. The display depends on the option you select. This ensures the account numbers you see match your configured preference.
How it works
Depending on your chosen setting, the account entry view will display account numbers as follows:
Mapped accounts setting
The mapped account number is shown prominently.
Settings in the workflow working screen:

Original accounts setting
the original account number is shown prominently.

The mapped account number remains the primary display, with the original account number also visible.

Workflow working screen settings can be adjusted only by admin users.
This setup makes it easier to review account data in the way that fits your workflow best, whether you prefer to focus on mapped accounts, original accounts, or both.
