So your password isn't the one you last remembered...your dog/child/husband/wife's name with the year you were born??!! 

Here's how to get back up and running (or typing?)

Option A:

Choose a new password whenever you like by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the log-in screen.

You will receive an email inviting you to enter a new password.

Option B:

Ask your Admin for help!  Your Administrator will need to resend the welcome mail to you which will allow you to enter a new password.

1. On the firm's landing page, they will need to click the 'Users' tab and select your profile.

2. Once in your profile, simply select the 'Send welcome mail' option on the top right corner of the screen.
