Why does my export fail with an error?
To optimise the technical process and minimise errors, the export limit for documents is set to 1000 pages. If this limit is reached, an error message is displayed.
How do I reduce the size of my export?
To avoid reaching the limit, we suggest including more information directly in the reconciliations and using fewer additional attachments. This approach significantly reduces the number of pages and speeds up the export process.
