This article explains how admin users can resend a reset password email to confirmed users in Silverfin through the user settings at the firm level.


Key Information

  • reset password emails can be send only to the users that are confirmed. 
  • the password will not be removed until the user clicks the link in the email, ensuring no accidental password resets.

Steps to resend the password email

  1. Go to the Firm's Landing Page and access the 'Users' Tab to view the list of user profiles associated with your firm.
  2. Find the profile of the user who needs a new welcome email.
  3. Click on the 'Reset password' button. This will send a fresh email invitation to the user, allowing them to set up their password.
