This article explains how admin users can resend a reset password email to confirmed users in Silverfin through the user settings at the firm level.
Key Information
- reset password emails can be send only to the users that are confirmed.
 - the password will not be removed until the user clicks the link in the email, ensuring no accidental password resets.
 
Steps to resend the password email
- Go to the Firm's Landing Page and access the 'Users' Tab to view the list of user profiles associated with your firm.
 - Find the profile of the user who needs a new welcome email.
 - Click on the 'Reset password' button. This will send a fresh email invitation to the user, allowing them to set up their password.
