This article explains how to establish a connection with AdminPulse or Admin IS | Consult. This is the essential first step before performing an import or update.

Key information
- Only Admin users can set up integration.
- Once integration is set up, you can import customers. Read more in the article Accounton: Importing from AdminPulse or Admin IS | Consult
Establishing connection with AdminPulse
- Navigate to Settings (in the left sidebar), and then to Integrations.
- Click on Connect with AdminPulse, and you will be redirected to the AdminPulse website.
- Log in with your usual credentials on the platform.
- If the connection is successful, an indication will appear next to AdminPulse that the sync is active.
Did you established the connection for the first time? It may take about 5 minutes before you can proceed with the import of the customers.
Establishing connection with Admin IS | Consult
- Activate an API key in your Syneton environment (in the management console).
- Navigate to Settings in Accounton (in the left sidebar), and then to Integrations.
- Click on Admin IS | Consult and enter this API key and the URL in Account to establish the connection.
- Click on Documentation button if you need help with obtaining API key.
- If the connection is successful, an indication will appear next to Admin IS | Consult that the synchronisation is active.
