Talking Points now integrates with AdminPulse. Meeting summaries are automatically synchronised to your CRM, so all client communication is captured in one place.

This integration reduces manual effort and improves consistency across your tools.


How it works

Meeting summaries created in Talking Points are automatically synchronised with AdminPulse and added to the client communications timeline.

The integration includes:

Automatic creation: Completed meeting summaries are added to the client communications timeline in AdminPulse.

Real-time updates: Changes made to summaries in Silverfin are reflected in AdminPulse.

Deletion synchronisation: If a summary is deleted in Talking Points, it is also removed from AdminPulse.

Availability

This functionality is available for firms using both Talking Points and the AdminPulse synchronisation.
