The legal form dropdown within the Identification details of the annual accounts only shows the forms recognised by the National Bank of Belgium's (NBB) submission application. This article lists every supported legal form and explains what to do if a company's legal form isn't on the list.

Only the legal forms below are available in the NBB's submission application. Select the one that matches the company:

If a company's legal form doesn't appear above, select Other legal form and enter the exact name of the legal form in the free text field below it. This ensures the legal form is correctly included in the XBRL file and correctly recognised when uploading through the NBB's filing application.
