Benefits of following the file
Receive Notifications
- When you follow a client file, you will receive notifications for any messages sent to @internal.
- Ensures that all team members involved in the file are kept informed and engaged.
Enhanced Collaboration
- Following a file keeps everyone actively participating in the loop.
- It is recommended to follow files you are actively involved in to stay updated on any changes or communications.
Only admin users and internal staff users can follow the file.
Interaction with a Pulse User
- A Pulse user can start a message via Pulse only if someone is following the file.
- Ensuring someone follows the file allows for effective communication and message reporting.
How to follow a file?
- Navigate to the client overview page.
- Find 'Follow client file' button to start following the file.
How can you check which files you are following?
To see a list of the files you are following, click on the three dots next to the 'Follow client file' button.
