As an admin user, you have the power to tailor the accessibility of reconciliations for your clients using the Pulse platform. This guide walks you through the process of making a reconciliation visible within Pulse.

How to make a reconciliation visible for Pulse user?

  1. Select 'Templates' on the firm landing page.
  2. Navigate to 'Reconciliations' section.
  3. Choose the template(s) you wish to share with your clients.
  4. Within the reconciliation template itself, scroll down until you see the two tick-boxes below.
  5. Click the ' Visible for Pulse users' tick-box.
  6. Click 'Save' button. 
Reconciliations will only be visible to clients if the period in the file is public. 


What Is the client’s view of the reconciliation? 

  • Pulse users will see a ‘read-only’ version of the template in  a ‘Preview’ mode.
  • Pulse users cannot unstar or edit the templates.
  • Clients can download the template into Excel via the 'Actions' button.
  • Pulse users can communicate with other users working in the file through the communication panel.
  • Once a conversation is initiated, Pulse users can propose changes to the template by clicking on "Make changes."
