You've added a new user in Silverfin, however they haven't created a password in time and their link has expired....what are you meant to do?
As an Admin user, you are able to send a new welcome email to the user, here's how to do this:
1. On the firm's landing page, you will need to click the 'Users' tab and find the relevant user profile.
All you need to do next is click 'Send welcome mail' and a new email will be shot off to your new user. Hopefully this time they create a password on time :)
