If you’ve added a new user in Silverfin but they didn’t create a password before the link expired, don’t worry! As an admin user, you can easily resend the welcome email. Follow the steps described in the article to get them started. 


Key Information

  • New users have 7 days to log in using the link provided in the welcome email. If they don’t complete this step within the timeframe, the link will expire.
  • welcome email can be send only to the users that are not yet confirmed. 

Steps to resend the welcome email

  1. Go to the Firm's Landing Page and access the 'Users' Tab to view the list of user profiles associated with your firm.
  2. Find the profile of the user who needs a new welcome email.
  3. Click on the 'Send Welcome Mail' button. This will send a fresh email invitation to the user, allowing them to set up their password.

Encourage your new user to create their password promptly this time to avoid another link expiration!
