To help us investigate the issue efficiently, please include the following details when reporting slowness:
- Your operating system (e.g. Windows 10, Mac OS X).
- Your browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- The URL of the page where the issue occurs.
- A video recording that clearly shows the slowness. Preferably use screen capture software. If not possible, a clear recording from a phone is also acceptable. Alternatively, provide a written description of the issue (e.g. delays when entering dates, input lags, slow loading).
- Whether colleagues are experiencing the same issue.
- Your internet speed, to rule out connectivity issues. You can check this via https://fast.com.
