How to manage a Workflow Status

  1. Open the workflow within the file.
  2. Click on the 'status' button.
  3. Select the appropriate status (e.g., 'Ready for first review').
  4. Add a message (optional) to inform your colleagues of the status update.
  5. The status change will appear in the company overview page and be recorded in the audit log for tracking.

Where to view Workflow Statuses

You can check the workflow status in several locations within Silverfin:

  • In the workflow working screen.
  • On the company overview page, where you can quickly see the progress of different workflows.
