Table of contents

Step 1: Identify the necessary adjustments

  1. Review the release notes in the Changelog to identify updates that impact your workflows.
  2. Determine which workflows need modification based on these updates.

Step 2: Open workflow working screen

  1. Navigate to Templates in the firm overview screen.
  2. Find the workflow working screen you want to adjust in the Client configuration section.
  3. Click on the name of the workflow working screen.

Step 3: Make the necessary adjustments

  1. Reconciliations: Any reconciliations not already structured within the current workflow screen will appear on the right-hand side. You can drag and drop these into the workflow at your desired location.
  2. Editor: Add, delete, or change the location of items in the workflow screen.
  3. Layout: Adjust general settings of the workflow screen, such as name, available languages, rounding, etc.
These modifications are only possible for custom working screens. Marketplace working screens are not customisable.

Press the Save Report button to apply your changes.

Once saved, the workflow working screen is automatically updated. Changes will be visible in all the workflows using the customised workflow working screen.

Step 4: Include reconciliation in the workflow

  1. Both workflow and workflow working screen are desynchronised: If both the workflow and the workflow working screen are desynchronised from the marketplace version, you may need to manually configure the template to be automatically added to files using the auto add option.
  2. Workflow desynchronised only: if you have desynchronised only the workflow but are still using the workflow working screen from the marketplace, you may need to manually enable the "auto add" option in the workflow settings.
