Steps to customise an export pack

  1. Select a Pre-Set Bundle: Start by choosing a pre-set export bundle from the drop-down menu in the Export section.
  2. Drag and drop blocks: Blocks on the right side of the screen represent different elements, such as accounts, reports, documents, texts, adjustments, and communication. Use the drag-and-drop feature to customize your export.

Customising Accounts

  • Drag the Accounts block to the center.
  • Open the block to select the accounts and/or reconciliations you want to include in your export.
  • Ensure the accounts or reconciliations are starred in the workflow; otherwise, they won’t appear in the export.
  • Deselect the paperclip if you don't want to export the attachment.

Adding Reports

  • Drag the Reports block to the center. You can add multiple reports by dragging the block over multiple times.
  • Reports can be exported with original or mapped account numbers.
  • For some reports, there’s an option to include certain charts—simply check or uncheck these as needed.
  • You can also expand or collapse rows within a report.

  • A pop-up will allow you to choose between adding existing documents from Silverfin or uploading new files to include in the export.

  • If multiple texts are needed, drag over additional blocks.

  • Choose whether to export only internal adjustments, only external adjustments, or both.
  • You can also decide whether to display original account names and numbers (as per the bookkeeping system) in the export.

Adding Communication
