You have the option to import customers from Excel or Syneton, but it's also perfectly possible to manually set up customers and invite them to complete a questionnaire.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
This process consists of two steps:
- First, the customer needs to be created. Below is an explanation of how this process works.
- Next, a questionnaire/checklist is assigned to the customer. Once this is done, the customer will receive an invitation. Learn how this second step works in the article Inviting Customers Individually.
Manually create a customer
To invite a customer to the checklist, you must first create the customer. If you wish to create and invite a customer individually, click the + icon in the top right corner.
You will then see the screen shown below.
To create the customer, first fill in the required information. These are:
- First name: enter the customer's first name here.
- Last name: enter the customer's last name here
- Email: enter the customer's email address here.
- Language: indicate the customer's language here.
It is also possible to fill in additional information (not required), such as:
- Adress: here you can enter the customer's address if desired (not required).
- Company name: here you can enter the customer's company name if desired (not required).
- Label: here you can enter or add the person responsible (i.e. account manager/responsible person) for the customer. (not required)
- National register number: here you can enter the customer's national register number (not required).
- National register number partner: here you can enter the national registry number of the customer's partner (optional).
Hint: We recommend filling in the label (= case manager/responsible person), as this allows you to filter customers by case manager later on. This way, each case manager can get an overview of only their own customers. When you click ‘Add,’ the customer will be created automatically.
Note! The customer has now been added, but has not yet received a questionnaire. To learn how to invite the customer to complete the questionnaire, continue reading i the article: Inviting customers individually.
