  • The link to create a password is valid for 7 days. If you don’t set up your password within this time, the link will expire.

How to Get a New Welcome Email

  1. Contact Your Admin – Reach out to the user with admin rights  and ask them to resend your welcome email.
  2. Check Your Inbox – Once the admin sends it, look for the new welcome email in your inbox (and don’t forget to check your spam folder).
  3. Set Up Your Password Immediately – Click the link in the email and create your password right away to avoid another expiration.
